Who can use TaskFamily

Accounts are created by adults (18+ or the age of majority where you live) who are parents, legal guardians or caregivers acting with a guardian's permission. Children use TaskFamily only through a profile that a parent creates and supervises.

Points and rewards

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged with TaskFamily. Rewards are promises between members of your family; TaskFamily does not provide or guarantee them.

Free and Premium plans

The free plan includes up to 3 assignments per child per day. Premium removes this limit. Premium renews automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from Billing and keep Premium until the end of the paid period. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial once per family. Where local law gives you additional refund or cancellation rights, those rights apply.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to access other families' data, or use TaskFamily to harm a child. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work hard to keep TaskFamily running smoothly but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If we make important changes to these terms we'll let you know in the app before they take effect.
